A long satin dress with an off-the-shoulder neckline. A wide fold of fabric bares the shoulders and crosses over the bust in two panels, creating a sweetheart shape at the centre.

The bodice is draped in diagonal pleats that meet a pleated belt at the waist. The skirt then opens into deep box pleats and falls to the floor with real fullness, extending into a small train at the back. A slit opens on the right leg, and two pockets sit in the seams.

The back is fitted, edged by the shoulder fold that runs around the bodice and bares the shoulder blades.

The satin holds the volume of the skirt and gives body to the pleats without weighing them down. No embroidery, no added embellishment.
