A romantic wedding dress is all about softness: airy fabrics, gentle volume, lace and delicate embellishment. It’s quite different from the boho style, which is freer and more pared back, and each of our dresses belongs to one or the other.

Romantic or boho?

Both styles share lace and lightness, so they’re easy to confuse. We’ve deliberately kept them apart: boho is about freedom and ease, with flowing shapes and open backs. Romantic is about soft volume and a train, on ball gown and A-line silhouettes. No dress appears in both collections.

The hallmarks of a romantic dress

Tulle and organza rather than chiffon. A train, often a long one. Delicate lace, pearls and soft flowers. And no harsh contrasts: no high slit, no oversized bow, no feathers. Those belong to the modern style.

Who it’s for

Brides who want a dress that feels tender rather than bold, and a wedding that’s more ceremony than party. Several of these designs also appear among our ball gown and tulle wedding dresses.
