Long jacquard wedding guest dress with open back and V-neck

The print covers the whole dress: large stylised flowers, scattered widely and drawn in flat blocks of colour on smooth satin. The V-neckline is clean and deep, extended by small short sleeves formed by a fold of fabric over the shoulder.

The bodice is fitted and finished at the waist with a wide belt, tied and gathered at the centre. The skirt opens into deep box pleats, with pockets in the seams. The hem is asymmetric: shorter at the front, just above the ankle, it lengthens at the sides into a small rounded train at the back.

The back opens into a wide V between the shoulder blades and meets the belt at the small of the back.

The satin keeps the pleats crisp and shows the pattern off beautifully.
