Long organza wedding guest dress with V-neck and short sleeves

A long dress playing on two fabrics. The top is cut from a plain crepe, with a V-neckline and short, flared, floating flutter sleeves falling just below the shoulder. The back opens wide in a V between the shoulder blades, edged with the same fabric for a light volume.

The skirt is made from a fabric printed with very large open flowers, roses and peonies, in painterly gradients on a dark background. The pattern is placed on a large scale, each flower filling a wide part of the panel.

The high waist is marked by a belt tied flat at the front. From there, the skirt falls in full pleats to the floor, with pockets in the side seams.
