A backless wedding dress plays with a fully bare back, a deep V or a sheer lace panel. It's often where the embroidery and covered buttons come together, too.<\/p>\n
Three different things. A backless dress leaves the back truly bare. A V-back plunges to a point without necessarily showing much skin. A sheer or illusion back uses a panel of tulle or lace<\/a>: the opening is visible, but the skin stays covered. We've kept this collection strict: only genuinely open-back designs appear here.<\/p>\n A deep open back needs support built into the dress, so the fitting really matters: check it in a bridal shop, sitting and standing. Designs with a sheer back give you the same look with more support. For a church ceremony, a long bridal cape<\/a> can cover your back during the service and come off afterwards.<\/p>\n During the ceremony, your guests will mostly see you from behind.
