It covers the shoulders and upper arms while letting the dress show through.<\/p>\n<p>Scalloped lace edges the cape in gentle waves, and the same pattern runs around the neckline.<\/p>\n<p>It stops above the elbow: it covers the shoulders without restricting the arms and leaves the waist and draping of the dress fully visible.<\/p>\n<p>Worn over a strapless or sweetheart dress, it meets church requirements and then comes off for the drinks reception.<\/p>\n<p>It comes in ivory and navy.
