A long jacquard dress with a print treated like a watercolour: large floral shapes with soft, blurred edges, spread over the whole dress in two scales, larger towards the hem.<\/p>\n
The V-neckline continues into small sleeves formed by a fold of fabric over the shoulder. The bodice is fitted and cut by a wide gathered belt at the waist. The skirt opens into deep box pleats down to the floor, with pockets in the side seams.<\/p>\n
The back opens into a wide V between the shoulder blades and meets the belt at the small of the back.<\/p>\n
The fabric holds the fullness on its own and shows the pattern off in one smooth surface. The cut stays simple to let the print take centre stage.<\/p>\n
